For those whose generosity is like clockwork.
The Rutgers Loyalty Society recognizes donors who have made a gift to the university for two or more consecutive fiscal years. The society recognizes and celebrates the ambition, consistency, and dedication that make change possible.
Becoming a member of the Rutgers Loyalty Society is easy. All donors who have made a gift of any amount to the university for two or more consecutive fiscal years are welcomed into the society, and you remain a member each year you make a gift.
How are my years of loyalty calculated?
Membership is based on household giving each fiscal year (July 1–June 30). Rutgers’ calculation of consecutive years of giving starts in 1973, the year that Rutgers University Foundation was established.
Who is eligible to join?
Anyone who makes a gift for two or more consecutive fiscal years to Rutgers is granted membership in the Rutgers Loyalty Society.
What's the minimum annual gift for membership?
Gifts of any amount count toward Rutgers Loyalty Society membership.
Do I need to give to a specific fund or area?
You may direct your gift to any area of the university. Both unrestricted and restricted gifts quality you for membership in the society.
Why does giving every year matter?
Annual gifts have an immediate impact and help meet the needs of every area at Rutgers. When you make a gift each year, you support programs and initiatives that make Rutgers an academic, health, and research powerhouse.
