Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, a new global day of giving created as an emergency response to the unprecedented needs caused by COVID-19.

Join the global movement to fight COVID-19 today, May 5, by participating in #GivingTuesdayNow. Make a gift to support one of Rutgers’ four emergency student funds or the Rutgers COVID-19 Response Fund.

About the Funds

Rutgers is committed to providing assistance to students affected by COVID-19. Your gift to one of Rutgers’ student emergency funds will provide direct relief to students and help them stay focused on academic success. Gifts to the emergency funds help students pay for housing, food, transportation, and other imminent needs caused by crisis.

Nationally, Rutgers has been recognized as a leader in the fight against COVID-19 with innovations in saliva testing and plasma treatment. Rutgers’ COVID-19 Response Fund was created by Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, New Jersey’s leading academic medical center, to support research, instruction, and clinical care as it responds to the pandemic.
